Digital audio In voice message whenever a door closes

Why do I keep getting a voice message saying “digital audio in” whenever a door closes or other loud noise ? This happens only  when the TV is off. 
Any help would be appreciated, this is driving me nuts

is your television recording you, really check the settings, or are you using voice control , if not there is no reason to switch on the microphone swich it off

@Seege: Please can you confirm the model number of the TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV. In the meantime, please try pressing the +/- Volume button on your  Smart Remote to open the Accessibility shortcuts, navigate to Voice Guide and turn this feature off if it's active.
