Hi,

my RU7097 suddenly isn't able to play the german audio channel of mkv files, it plays only the english one. Searched for any options for half an hour.

Also I can't enable subtitle on other files.

I worked with my older samsung tv of 2013 and it worked in december with this tv. Before there was an option (in the timeline-option menu) to show subtitles and to change the audio channel. Even in the settings I can't enable the sub titles. It's gone with the new firmaware 1351? Do I have to buy another tv from another company just to view my old videos?

Very frustrating if its suddenly not working.

Solved: German audio channel was DTS. So I need another TV from another company. (Don't want hassle with computers, I just want to watch)

I have the exact same problem! Trying to play a MKV file that has two English audio tracks (normal, and descriptive audio). Guess which one is the one that the TV plays! Yes, descriptive audio, which is annoying if you don't need it...
