Hello, i have 4K QLED model QE65Q60RATXXH, and i am continuesly having problem with external devices. I have them connected using normal HDMI, directly to TV, and setuped univerzal controls (so logo and name appear on main bar). And sometimes, they randomly vanishes and are again just hdmi 4, hdmi 3, etc.
I have this problem with Vu+ Zero 4K set-top box, and Nintendo Switch when i remove it from dock.
I think its because the TV thinks the device got removed when i turn it off.
Is there some config to disable auto-removing the recognized devices when they are disconnected? Or any other fix ?
