Is there any way to edit device icons, I have a XBOX Series X and a Nintendo Switch which show up there logos witch is nice, but I also have a Nvidia Shield and would be nice to modify the logo to easily identify the device.

You'd have to request the Shield icon be added via a future firmware update. It's not something you can edit and save yourself unfortunately.
