Desperately need help - Children want to watch Disney Plus but unsure if smart tv?!!

Morning! I am the least bit techie and my children would like to watch Disney Plus whilst we are on lockdown. We have model number UE40D5520RK XXU version 09. Unfortunately I haven't a scooby - other than i can't work it to show any apps etc..i thought it was a smart TV when I bought it!

Do i need to buy a cable, fire stick?! Please can someone advise the easiest way for me to get this 'App' apparently on there?! Tried live chat but no reply 😞

We hate to disappoint but the Disney+ app is only available for TV's manufactured in 2016 onwards, we're afraid. Your model was manufactured in 2011.

• Amazon Fire TV/Amazon Firestick
• Chromecast
• Roku

• SkyQ

• PS4
• Xbox One
• PC/Mac

• Android devices (phones and tablets) supporting OS 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher.
• Most Apple iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch) supporting iOS 11.0 or higher
• Amazon Fire tablet
