When I connect my Q82T (2020) to my Denon 3600 AVR and try to use "enhanced 4K mode" I get a notification that "Your TV is not configured to support 4K 60p 4:4:4, 4:2:2 or 4K 60p 4:2:0 10 bit video"..... and I'm certain this is not correct right?.. does anyone know why this is happening or how to get around it? Is the fault here with my Denon or is it something with the TV? I'm using a brand new high speed 4K HDMI cable too...

Hey, thanks so much for the reply - and no your question isn't stupid, perhaps I am the stupid one - how do you set the TV HDMI to 4K? I thought this would be something automatic nd not something I would have to configure manually?

It is rubbish my new neo does but my old Samsung tv didnt. Go to settings. General. External source and check the hdmi you want is high lighted or just turn them all on.
Or you can try under picture. Advanced. And try if hdr+ helps
