I pre-ordered the 65" 2021 The Frame on the 10th March, and it allowed me to book an installation date of the 22nd March. It is still showing as pre-order and not even shipped (6th April). I have called Samsung countless times and no one can give me an estimation of when I will see my TV. They tell me that they will get someone from logistics to contact me but now one has done. Really frustrating, does anyone have an idea of how I can escalate this?
