I have a UE48JU6400 smart TV. I would like to delete the iPlayer app as I intend to do without BBC content and stop paying my TV licence. When I try to delete the app it says it is a recommended app and it is not possible. Surely I must be able to delete it and thereby avoid any misunderstandings with the licence authorities?

Nope Samsung get a backhander for all apps that are undeletable, tough if you need the memory Samsung dont care. My TV memory down to less than 1% with no installed apps only those forced on me by Samsung. I think Watchdog and Which need to do an expose.
