Dark shadow patches television 2 hours old

 television delivered today and these dark patches have appeared and spread across the screen.

If ur TV under warranty u will need to replace it. If not u will need to buy a new one.

This television is 2 hours old!! I have tried to arrange a collection and replacement but they say the system is down and can't give me a date!!
