Is there any cusotmer support? Logged for a call two days ago, receiveer showing weak signal but records 75 and 100 % quality.  Perfect when through the Humax box  frame 55 2019

There's no one from customer support on here as it's a customer to customer forum.
You will need to contact Samsung Customer Support in your region, or go online to seek assistance.

Can you remove your email address as this is not allowed on here due to GDPR rules
