any solutions to, get the "terms and conditions for the smart hub downloaded" and get started with the apps. even with a steady network connections it keeps showing error in connecting.

@kaks3: To use Smart Hub, you must agree to the Smart Hub service agreement and the collection and use of personal information. Without giving consent, you cannot use the additional features and services. You can view the entire text of the Terms & Privacy by navigating to Home > Settings > Terms & Privacy.
If you're still having trouble, try adding your Samsung Account to the TV via Settings > General > System Manager> Samsung Account, then head to My Account > Terms and Conditions > Privacy Policy
