TVJust a quick note to compare with others as I wait for the service department to contact me. I have no sound at all coming out of the Crystal UHD 2020 55TU8505 when connected to my Receiver.
The only way I can get sound is by switching off the e-ARC connection. I have changed cables to no joy. It is a certified HDMI 2.1 high speed cable.
I would appreciate any observations from others

TVThanks. That was no use to me at all. I have just replaced the HDMI for a more expensive 8K high speed one, believing this may sort out the quirks with the eArc. However, to my dismay. It is the third cable, which is highly regarded I have bought for nothing. The only way I get sound is by switching off eArc. This is very frustrating as the reason I bought this model was because of having this very same feature so I can take advantage of it on my receiver. I am enormously disappointed
