Ok what happens is we watch via itv hub and every now and then at the end of an ad break it drops out and sends us back to live tv. If we go back in then we have sit through the ads again and run the risk of falling out again. WHY - should I just trash the tv and buy a decent - non Samsung - product????
We're sorry to hear your having issues with the ITV Hub app on your TV. We are currently aware of an issue that seems to be causing this and are currently investigating. In the meantime, if the issue happens again, and you are not able to select 'Try again' from the message that should pop up, it may be necessary to re-start the TV by applying a Cold Boot - you can achieve this by pressing and holding the power key until the TV restarts.
