Connecting Headphones with a 3,5 mm jack to the TV

I have a 2020 55Q95T TV and cant find a way to connect my headphones to the TV. I have tried an adaptor /connecting box

connected to the HMDI Arc connection which workes OK but turns off the internal TV speakers. So its a case of either or and not both together.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Yes I want bpth working at the same time, the headphones for my slightly deaf wife and TV speakers for me.

Go to accessibility settings and look for multiple audio devices. I don't know how it works but I would have the headset working when trying this.
