Hello!
Brand new QLED series 6 smart samsung to cable. The HDMI shows but with a red power icon and wont connect. The previous tv connects fine. Same when plugging in the coaxial cable to the new tv. air tv but no cable. the new tv picks up devices and is on the home network. Cable is Cox Contour box. Any theories? maybe a newer box needed? i assume the samsung one connect wouldnt be needed since i have the needed ports?
