I have just bought a new UE50RU7400U Smart TV. I have a BT YouView Box and with my previous TV I was able to use the BT remote to operate both the TV and the YouView Box. I would like to do the same with this new samsung TV but I have tried several times to set up the remote using the Code 4483 with no success. The remote will do some functions but critically it won't switch off the tv or turn the volume up / down. Is there a different code to use? Atre there any other solutions?
Alternatively can I use the Samsung Smart Remote to also operate the BT box. e.g. I can't find a way to turn the BT box 'OFF' using the Samsung Smart Remote. Also I can't access 'My TV' from the Samsung Smart Remote ........................
