Connect HDMI ARC to RCA. SAMSUNG 55inch series 7

Hello friends. I want to connect my tv from HDMI ARC to RCA to amplifier. I want audio out from tv to my speakers. I have a receiver HDMI2AV but it's not working. Any opinions? Thanks
