Hello everyone ,after getting annoyed with the fact my £1000 tv had flashlighting/clouding (ks9000) I contacted Samsung ,showed them pictures and now they're sending a technician out to fix my screen . All sounds good but after doing a lot of digging I've read horror stories of panels being replaced and being worse than the ones they already had in . I was just wondering how many people have had success stories when having a panel replaced ?

Not had the screen replaced, but I have the same TV and I do get the flashlighting issue. Only noticeable on scenes with dark and light areas. I have changed all my settings to those recommended on line. I think its just a characteristic of this model. I would probably get a LG OLED next time.
