I have seen a couple of posts where people have the same issues as me I’ve wiped the frame screen with a damp cloth and it now seems to be ruined. I can see how you should clean it - I’ve read the instructions 20 times and followed them. Nobody has posted how they resolved it only asking for help. Please can anybody let me know if they fixed it and how?
