Channel 4

There is a Channel 4 documentary film (Death on the Common:)  I can tune into it on my Android phone but cannot run it on my Samsung TV.   Via ALL4 , the message is that it is not available. I also tried to access it via google, as I did on my phone, but cannot start the film. There is only a blacked out image of the cover page. It is driving me crazy. What is wrong?

Ask channel 4. Not all content is available on all platforms will be their answer though

Just looked into this,  message via All4 on Tv app that is unavailable, try Pc or Mac.  However it plays via my  Sky catch up (which tends to be more limited for All4).

Yeah it's random, UKTV player is worse for that. All4 is one of the better ones

Yes, as I said I could play it on PC and Android but not on Samsung TV. Weird!
