Moved from Netherlands to UK. My TV refuses to follow me. Various posts here showing the issue is solved, but no solution for me.... mute volume program mute, FF 289 RR, blah blah blah...
No one from Samsung interested, "remote service" tries all same things as me, nothing works for him either. Advises no solution! Even my Samsung a/c I cannot change the country!!!
I have bought smartphones, smart TV and HiFi audio products from Samsung. All are now just junk, because I moved country!
Samsung - no service, no help, just junk... don't buy from these cowboys.
