You say retune tv. Please explain how to retune.

Or is it better to go to factory reset. But then will all my settings be lost.

@Aga1410: Please try readjusting your aerial, then heading to Settings > Broadcasting > Auto Tuning Settings > Auto Tuning to tune all available channels in your region. If your TV is attached to a separate, over-the-air antenna, please head to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information. Here you can use the signal strength information to adjust the antenna for increased signal strength and improved HD channel reception.
