Koncem dubna tohoto roku jsem koupil v rámci akce Cashback televizi Samsung v ceně 150 tisíc. Ihned jsem zaregistroval produkt a zažádal o Cashback. Ze strany podpory a zaměstnanců Samsungu není žádná zpětná vazba. Mé výzvy k řešení ignorují a vnímám tedy celou situaci jako klamavou reklamu a zvažuji odeslat k řešení ČOI. Má někdo podobnou zkušenost? Jako majitele více zařízení Samsung mě samozřejmě tato neschopnost a nulová zákaznická podpora odrazuje si jakýkoli produkt značky výhledově vůbec pořídit.

'At the end of April this year, I bought a Samsung TV for 150,000 as part of the Cashback event. I immediately registered the product and applied for Cashback. There is no feedback from Samsung support and staff. They ignore my calls for a solution and therefore I perceive the whole situation as a false advertisement and I am considering sending a ČOI for a solution. Does anyone have a similar experience? Of course, as an owner of multiple Samsung devices, this inability and zero customer support discourages me from purchasing any product from the brand in the future.'

Dobrý den, mám též problém se společnosti Samsung Česká a slovenská republika. Jedná se o marketingovou akci 2+1 zdarma, kde společnost neřeší reklamaci zboží v této akci zakoupené, podává tvrzení v rozporu se zákony České republiky a následně nekomunikuje.  Společnost týdny nereaguje.

Hello, I also have a problem with Samsung Czech and Slovak Republic. This is a  2+1 for free marketing event, where the company does not deal with complaints about goods purchased in this event, makes claims in violation of the laws of the Czech Republic and subsequently does not communicate. The company doesn't respond for weeks.

Hello Chris, 

thank you for your response. Unfortunately  the link you provided directs me to website of Czech Samsung, whose employees are acting against the low of the Czech republic, and they are not responding.  I sent all the documentation to  European Consumer Centre Czech Republic, who agree with my rights, however  Samsung CZ doesn't care. 

So Chris, is there anything I can do, before I initiate the prosecution or collective prosecution?
