Hi @cher   I assume you are talking about Freeview.    Have you had this Tv for a while  as this seems to be a 2007 model  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/LE40M86BDX/XEU/ Do you have the latest firmware,  no update on the Samsung Support site.

You could try  a Factory Reset , an auto retune with the aerial removed ,-obviously reinsert afterwards.

However  if to no avail you may need to do a manual  retune, process explained here https://www.freeview.co.uk/help/manual-retune

However there are limitations with an indoor aerial, though you could try moving it to see if that makes a difference.  see more here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/LE40M86BDX/XEC/

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

The indoor aerial may not be strong enough to deliver the signal strength required. I tried one recently and it only picked up one channel mux containing BBC channels. Apparently it's range is 50 miles but with my Samsung TV it's pretty much worthless. Sent the aerial back in the end
