Cant find ketchup tv app on samsung smart tv

I brought a samsung smart tv with the model number UE43TU7000K to download a app called ketchup tv which on there site says its available on all samsunsung smart tvs but whrn i search for it, it wont find anything and on the channelnitself it says this service is not available. What could be wrong as i brought this tv specifically for that childs programme

Hey @Holly4! Can you check if your TV is running on the latest software version? You can find this out by heading to: Menu > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung. The latest software version for this TV is: ver 1082.6. If the TV is updated and the app is still not there, you can reach out to the app developers or support for further feedback.
