cannot schedule a repair

my 6 year old samsung tv has black lines permanently on the screen, even during screen test.
I need to schedule a repair.

On the samsung site, i go through the troubleshooting steps, it tells me to contact support and the link just brings me back to troubleshooting steps.

Can someone advise how i contact support?

Hi James.

As I stated, I've been through the site and the chat, it leads in a circle. I troubleshoot, am given a link to contact support, which brings me back to troubleshooting.

There is no place.to actually contact support.

Is it possible that this can only be done during business hours?

Done a quick test, possibly only available at certain times. phone lines open 8-8 Monday-Friday ,9-6 at weekends on 0333 000 0333.
