I purchased a UE43TU8000KXXU to replace a faulty tv my old Samsung tv could record tv programs to a USB stick and pause live tv but when I put a USB stick in the new tv and try to record or pause the tv it says NOT AVAILABLE I purchased a new portable hard drive that said it was compatible with smart TVs but I still get the same message can you help please?
