Cannot make changes in Developer mode on Samsung QA55Q6fna

I cannot get in to change Host PC IP or to turn Developer Mode off.
The number list appears but there is no target pad to receive the input.
I have tried all of the recommended reset options, but to no avail.

Can anyone help with this?
