Cannot Get a Hold of Firmware (USB)

I am trying to update my TV's firmware via USB as the TV is not connected to the network, but when I go to the link to install (  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE60JU6000KXXU  ) I am greeted with

The page you requested is not available

Is there an alternative Link I can use. I have tried contacting Samsung, however, they just refuse me the file, or ask to call an engineer who is more than 50 miles away, telling me there is a fault with the TV, I just want to try the standard troubleshooting first rather than pay for someone who can do the same thing as me.

That firmware does work! Will it work with the TV just want to 100% make sure

It certainly is for your tv and is not from a dodgy site so I see no reason why it shouldn't.
