The same dreaded problem for Series 6 UA40J6200AW.

I have rung help desk & a reset was done. I also reset SmartHub. None of these fixes worked. I have Internet access via TV but cannot search using Web Browser. In the IP Settings it shows:-

I formally had it to find automatically but that wasn't working.

There seems to be many TV'S with this problem. This will put me off making another Samsung purchase.

@Workingitout You can you try a soft reset by holding the power button in for around 5 seconds or until the logo appears.   If no effect unplug the Tv  for a few minutes and rebooting router by unplugging from mains may have some effect.  Another idea is to change the DNS  to 8.8.8.8  and 8.8.4.4   (the Google servers).  Go to  Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings, otherwise try Automatic Settings.

This is a uk link, though you appear to have an Asian/Middle East model.
