I have a UE32J5500 Tv and the Apple TV app is not available to download. Tried Smart View/Screen Mirroring but nothing works. It is not recognised when I search the tv apps. Can anyone help?
@Ly6: The Apple TV app is available on select 2018, 2019, and 2020 (N, R, and T model) Samsung smart TVs, Lifestyle TVs, QLED TVs, and QLED 8K models. With this in mind it is unfortunately not compatible with your J range model.
Why does the website mention Smart View as the solution for pre-2016 models and mention our model? Cannot a software update add Apple to the App Store?
