Hi,
I cannot change my voice assistant from Bixby to Alexa (there is no option for that in settings) and I cannot even download Alexa app in appstore. But I can control my TV from Echo Dot 2 (volume, turning on/off etc.). I have seen some youtube videos and it should work.
It seems like there is a location problem and Alexa app is not supported for Samsung TV in Czech republic.
Did someone had the same issue? Is it possible to change settings or something to make it work? Have you figured it out somehow?
