would you be able to tell me what Tv do you have? have you tried to download Smart Things on your phone so you can control the TV from there?

I have a 2019 samsung 6 series and i have the smart things app but my phone is connected to the wifi and the tv is not so my phone cant find the tv even if i switch its wifi off

My bad! When and where did you get the TV from? If this has less than 12-months we would be able to request a replacement to be sent to you. If not, you will need to purchase a replacement for this. You should be able to get one from any of the following approved retailers:
