Can't update TV software

I have a TV model UE40H6200 but I am unable to download any apps because I get a message that says I need to update my software error message ERR08003.  When I go to update my software it says I have the latest software??  One of these statements must be wrong  I have tried emailing the support line but it doesn't recognise my tv model so I can't go any further  Has anyone ay suggestions please  Thanks

Hi

 

Try going directly to Samsungs website and the support page for your TV and see what version they have there for download.

 

I found I wasn't getting the newest firmware offered to me when trying over the Internet from the TV, even though Samsung had it on the support page.  You can then install it from a USB stick.

 

I suspect they slowly roll out an update of new firmware over the Internet to TVs.
