Can't update TV and iplayer no longer working

iPlayer is requesting that I update my TV before it will work properly. When I go to 'Menu' and look at the update settings, I can see there is an available update (1550 - my TV is currently on 1350) but there's no option to update. How can I update my TV?

@TonyJHamilton  The list you linked relates to  Samsung  Blu Ray, DVD and Set Top Devices (i.e.  non Tv devices)  In some cases Tv firmware will need  to be updated for iplayer to function.
