Can't get sound from streaming apps to go through receiver

I have an S95B OLED (QN65S95BAFXZA) and I can get everything to run through the receiver except when I'm streaming apps through the TV. I have to switch to the TV speakers in order to hear anything. Any help on what I might be doing wrong is appreciated.

How have you got the tv connected to amp

It's connected to the HDMI 4 slot on the TV.
