Hi all!
I've connected up my new Q80R 65 tv to my Denon x2300W av reciever via the ARC hdmi 4 port, using a new hdmi 2.0 kabeldirekt cable.
Amp is all setup for 5.1 surround sound but I can't get the audio from t.v. to play in anything but stereo. AEC HDMI control is turned on, on the tv but it won't let me select either of the 2 Dolby sound settings, just the PCM 2 channel settings.
Any ideas? According to Ratings.com this tv does support 5.1 over ARC and optical.
