Hi,

I've got a UE40ES6800U TV and it's been no trouble over a few years but in the last couple of days it's failed to find any wifi let alone my own wifi.

My wifi works fine with my phone and laptop so i presume it's an issue with the TV. I'm trying to connect wirelessly as i don't have a long enough cable to run from router to TV

The message appears "checking for wireless networks", it checks and then finds nothing.

I've unplugged and plugged the TV but no luck.

Also reset via menu on Samsung TV. Again no luck.

Also tried accessing the service menu via the 'mute 119 power' code, the menu comes up but im not able to scroll through it and to be honest i'm not sure where to scroll to anyway even if i did.

Can someone please help??!! Many thanks.
