Can’t connect TV to Wi-fi

We have 2 Samsung TVs - UE55KU6020 and UE40ES6300. Both have just stopped finding the Wi-fi network. The Wi-fi is fine, phones, iPad etc connect no problem. We have turned the router off and on. We have entered 8888 or 8844 into the DNS settings, we have reset one TV, we have unplugged and plugged back in. So everything that we have seen suggested on this forum and others. But no success at all. The Smart TV seems to have been taking ages to load before this happened so we wondered if there had been an update which might have caused this.any help gratefully received. Thank you!

Let's look into this for you, can you provide the software versions on both TVs? You can find this by going to > Menu > Support > Contact Samsung.

We can see the UE55KU6020K has an update version of 1220.7 and the UE40ES6300U has version 2008.0.

 

The updates can be downloaded here respectively and installed via USB memory stick:
