Hi everyone,
We want to use our TVs to share our Windows 10 desktops.
But we can't connect to the TV and Windows just display "We can't connect to the device."
We don't have any information about this error, but here's some information about the device and the TV :
- TV model : UE50NU7405
- Version : T-KTM2INTV-1005
Computers :
- Windows 10 (1909-2004)
- They're up to date in Windows Update
They are all compatible with Miracast (we used DxDiag to check this info).
