Can I use a Bluetooth receiver on my tv without Bluetooth?

My husband bought a new tv. The old tv had Bluetooth but this new one doesn’t. 

can I use some sort of Bluetooth receiver to use the smart control? I don’t like the one that came with the tv with all the hundreds of buttons on it. 

I’ve called Samsung support but they could not give me an answer. 
I just want to know if it works, and if so, witch receiver should I buy?

No, there is more to it than having a Bluetooth receiver.

there's a few apps you can use that uses your I.R. try Google play, peal smart is a good one 👍
