can I connect astro a50 to my tv ?

I want to connect my astro a50 gaming headset to my samsung q9fn tv to listen to movies I want enable dolby digital 5.1 surround sound but the option is greyed out

as far as I know is that dolby digital you have to enable it through a payed account to allow ultra surround sound, you register an account and then log it in on the tv to be able to connect via Internet to your account which then will enable the option in your tv

im using a nvida shield to my samsung tv I can enable dolby digital option only when I go on netflix   what do you mean about paid account
