I have a 65" Ultra UHD Samsung Smart TV that is a few years old. Over the weekend, I was watching TV and heard a loud pop and sparks behind my television and a burning smell.
Going through this forum, I see this is a pattern. Samsung TVs are not safe for consumers. I am apalled at their lack of customer service. At the call centre, the audio is warped, you can't hear anything the rep is saying. They take forever on the phone to type stuff into a computer only to tell you there's nothing they can do. It's atrocious. I will not be buying a Samsung product ever again.

Hi @Huda Idrees i assume you are no longer using the Tv,ensure that it is completely disconnected. It would be best to send a private Message to @Sam_UK to establish your options and one of the Moderators will respond.
If you are unsure how to do this this thread explains it https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/samsung-lounge/how-to-send-a-private-message-on-the-samsung-comm...
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
My Device- S21 Ultra 5G ( SM-998B/DS ) CSC= BTU , 12GB/256GB
