Burning smell from samsung one connect box

My tv is about 4 years old only. The other day it just completely turned off while watching. When I went to the back of the tv to check it out there was a burning smell coming from the one connect box. I also noticed some kind of burn mark on the meta connector of the cable. Now the tv refuses to turn on at all even with the box disconnected. Any one have any advice or help for this situation? I really dont think a tv should be almost catching fire only 4 years into its life.
