I would be surprised if this was coming from the TV, I would suggest unplugging everything from the TV and only turning on the TV its self, check the TVs power cable is in good condition and plugged in properly. If the TV is then fine turned on by itself, try adding back in other devices to see if it something else. If you are sure it is coming from the TV, contact Samsung customer service or the retailer you bought it from to have it repaired ( if it is still in warranty)
