I have the Samsung NQ90F 55inch.

I have tuned the TV with satalite, it finds about 250 channels,  then it says cant find a signal. But when I open the freesat app, it takes me to the selected channel shows the program name and the freesat logo. But I don't get a picture. Any ideas

Thanks

Hi @Members_hFC0p6F Welcome to the Samsung Community 😀
Take it you have a compatible dish. https://www.freesat.co.uk/news/tech/what-you-need-for-freesat?srsltid=AfmBOoq42ckxjXR6LFFi-QaeUMlvJx... If all fine there ensure you have connected the aerial to the Ant In (satellite port) of the TV ,then you would go to settings Settings - Broadcasting - Auto Tuning Settings - Auto Tuning. There could though be certain issues with some channels due to There are some advantages particularly 4k with the Freesat Boxes.
You could take aerial out and scan, obviously no channels willl be found but it Resets the connection and you may have more success when it is connected again. Otherwise could try a Factory Reset.

I have been using the freesat topbox and been ok. There are 2 cables from the dishand 2 connections on the TV.  Using astra 28.2E. Don't know what all the other setting are. Don't understand when it finds all the channels
