I have BT Sport App on Q80A TV that I purchased Dec 2021. I can play Live streams on BT Sport but on anything on demand I get VC019 error code. I've checked settings all is fine. Wifi/router is fine as all BT sport streams work fine on my Android phone & Windows Laptop. Strangely enough, I have 4-year-old LV32F390 TV in another room that works fine on BT Sport Live & On Demand streams. Ive contacted BT Sport and they've referred me to Samsung. Ive updated software on Q80A & re-installed BT Sport App. Issue still persists. What is the problem with Q80A TV accessing On-Demand streams on BT Sport?
