Bt sport app frame rate

Hi

Before August, my bt sport app was a brilliant 50fps on my TV. 

The Samsung app is now producing a picture that more jerky than 25fps. 

All other apps are working at 50fps, the now tv stick I have plays bt sport at 50fps on my TV. 

I have reset smart hub/ features, reinstalled BT and still the same problem. BT say I was watching a 50fps stream, so it must be something with the Samsung app itself (given app via now tv works) 

My tv model is UE50MU6120

Try Select the Settings button on your remote, then Picture -> Expert Settings -> Auto Motion Plus Settings -> turn it Off.

Thanks- they are off. Now tv working perfectly at 50fps but bt sport still very 'jerky'

Any advice samsung as to what the issue may be?
