Hello,
In my Samsung UE55NU8000, I can successfully save bookmarks to the local memory of the TV, however whenever I bookmark something and save it to my Samsung account, they all disappear the next day.
They appear for a while and then are just gone.
My TV is on it's latest update T-KTM2DEUC-1310.4, BT-S
What is this caused by and what can I do to fix it?
