Browser and BBC I player not working Model UE55ES8000U

So had the same problem as many with the BBC i player, contacted Samsung who did a remote fix.. although I had the correct update installed 002030...it didnt work. However since the intervention, I no longer have a working internet browser or Iplayer and my amazon prime has disappeared. All other apps ITV player etc run fine??? any suggestions on what can be done?

Hey @Highlandgirl! What did the remote management do? Try these steps: Power your TV off and wait 30 seconds, after this power the TV back on and wait 5 minutes. During this time do not press the Smart Hub button. Once you have waited 5 minutes, please power the TV off at the mains and wait another 30 seconds. Does it help?
